Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Canary Coach. Canary Coach is a service of HHH LLC. In these Terms, “we” and “us” refer to Canary Coach.

Use of service

  • You agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account information.
  • Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and controlling workspace access.
  • Canary Coach provides coaching decision support and informational insights; it does not make coaching decisions for coaches, athletes, or teams.
  • Canary Coach is not a medical device, is not medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
  • Users should consult qualified medical professionals for medical concerns, injuries, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Coaches remain responsible for coaching decisions, athlete communication, and how they use insights from the service.

Data and integrations

  • By connecting integrations such as Garmin and Oura, you authorize Canary Coach to ingest and process data made available by those providers for the features currently offered in your coaching workspace.
  • You may revoke provider OAuth authorization at any time from the provider’s account settings or app permissions screen. Once access is revoked, Canary Coach stops importing newly available provider data after the revocation is detected.
  • Previously synchronized records may remain in Canary Coach systems subject to our Privacy Policy retention windows and any legal obligations that require temporary preservation.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any athlete consents required for your use of connected data.

Availability and changes

  • We may update features, pricing, and policies as the product evolves.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or misuse.

Disclaimers and limitation

  • Service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
  • To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
